NZISM is a signatory to the INSHPO Singapore Accord and a member of the INSHPO Board of Directors, which ensures NZISM members are well represented in this international network. The relationship gives us access to valuable research, tools and practices to enhance and drive capability of OHS practice at an international level.
Affiliate Membership
Any person who is interested or involved in occupational safety and health management and development may become an Affiliate member of NZISM by completing the application form and paying the membership fee.

Accreditation
Our internationally-aligned Accreditation Programme recognises both academic learning and workplace experience. It enables members to benchmark their capability against peers and illustrate their commitment to lifelong learning. It also offers a direct route to the HASANZ Register for those who choose to take it. Members are able to display their post-nominals once achieved, providing a career edge in a competitive marketplace. myCPD
NZISM encourages reflection-based Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and myCPD, our online CPD platform, is the ideal place for members to:
a) assess their knowledge gaps using our Self-Assessment Tool and
b) log their ongoing learning activities.-

Reciprocity agreements
Our reciprocity agreements with IOSH and Saiosh allows NZISM members to attain IOSH and Saiosh accreditation at the same level as their current NZISM membership. (Conditions may apply.)
